Delighted with the product which was recommended by my culinary teacher daughter and her exec chef husband in New York.

I can see why they recommended these kitchen knives. I am retired and creating good meals is one of my great pleasures.

The reason for my not rating as excellent concerns the delivery of the package of furi knives. It was slow and less informative compared with most other on-line purchases I have made last few years. Maybe it was a one off, however to be fair, it was slow.
