I want to thank the young lady based in Montego Bay (I don't remember her name) who helped me with my phone regarding a photo transfer. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see them all. They were there, I didn't have a clue how to find them and she helped me move the photos to my computer. At that point I could sort by date and that solved my problem. I still have to get them sorted by date on my new phone. That is a problem for another day.

I canceled my subscription, which I never authorized, and I continue to be billed 9.99 each month. I've canceled with PayPal and uninstalled the app. I even received a response that my account would be canceled, but its not. Please cancel my account ASAP.

Extremely difficult to get a response to requests for password reset. 5 requests so far. I need to access my account to cancel my subscription. I uninstalled
a month ago but still being charged. What do I have to do to stop this. I don't want to have to telephone the USA from Australia

"My experience with Solve iQ was not a happy one"
I was looking for a utility program with which I could update drivers in my Dell Latitude E6400 laptop. Solve iQ looked like the solution to my problem so I downloaded it. As it turned out, I had difficulty probably because I have had very little experience with this type of software. Let me say right now that I HAVE NO COMPLAINT WITH THE FOLKS AT SOLVE IQ! The chat folks came to my rescue, but I was unable to follow their instructions primarily because my laptop "did not cooperate" with the software. It just wasn't intuitive to my 83 year old eyes. So I uninstalled Sove iQ and cancelled my automatic payments, which by the way I was unaware of when I purchased the software. If I hope I have not caused anyone any inconvenience over this. The issue was a degree of user-friendliness and my inexperience.
