Amazing customer service. Denise is an absolute gem. Nothing was a problem. When I had to return an item because it didnt fit, Denise informed me my size was actually out of stock and discontinued but she linked me to another shop & offered me a refund! 10/10 service could not recommend this website enough!

I ordered when The Alternative Shark had an offer of buy 1 get a second half price on Loungefly bags. When ordering I didn’t realise that one was a preorder. The in stock bag was shipped to me (with a free gift!) I then received 2 emails updating me on the status of my second bag. My second bag arrived this week and I am very pleased.
