I called Roamly earlier this morning for a quote. I didn't know much about Roamly. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was lucky to have Hank Butler answer my call. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Hank didn't rush me, he showed a sense of humor, he answered all of my questions intelligently, and he showed genuine interest in my life while helping with my quote. Hank, you made my day bro. Hank turned my previous insurance experience (which was a complete clusterf***), into something positive. Hank got me a fantastic quote for a full coverage policy on my RV. The quote was $743 cheaper than my previous quote (yes you read that right!!) for the same coverage. Hank, you should be the mayor of Austin, TX and buddy, if you ever visit So Cal, you've got a place to stay in Menifee for sure!! I guess I still don't know much about Roamly Insurance, but I know they've got Hank Butler, and that's good enough for me. Thank you!

The company considered the circumstances that led to an unfortunate insurance record, and chose to accept our explanation that only one of two claims that we filed with our previous insurer was truly our fault. Roamly’s decision to provide coverage for our motorhome, while at a justifiably higher premium, reflects their willingness to accept a risk that our previous insurer did not. We appreciate that.
