This company are sensibly operating an appointment only scheme whereby you leave contact details, ie. email address and telephone number. I duly made an appointment for 05/07/21 at 1300 to have a laptop repair done. On arrival at their Port Road premises in Carlisle at the appointed time, I found the premises to be closed. There was a note on the door stating that due to an electrical fault they were closed and would reopen the following day. The note was dated 09/07/21, the following Friday. This company had my contact details but still allowed me to waste a couple of hours travelling across town to no avail.
