Purchased the 600x300 slatestone slabs. Easy to order on website. The slabs look great and for the price just amazing. Delivered quicker than first advised, the carrier called us a day before to ask when what day would be best for delivery. Very safely packed on pallet.

Raised an order from their website for patio sandstone tiles, the single image on the website showed yellow tiles and the description stated buff / cream and of course the note that as its natural stone that the tiles colour may vary. This is fine as i assume it will vary within the image colour and the description. The delivery arrived and the tiles are a grey / purple colour. I called the company and was told that as they are natural sandstone that the colour may vary. I stated that if they are going to vary that much then you should list the colours and have pictures on the website. As i am doing an extension to an existing patio the colours needed to be buff / cream. I was told all they could do is arrange a collection at my cost. Seeing as i had guys workin on site this would have meant having to not pay the guys and send them home so the i managed to convince the client to re arrange the patio area and had to give him a discount n the cost, this resulted in me losing £250, which is better than losing two days paid work for the team which would have been £1200. Sending out tiles that look nothing like the advertised images or decriptions and then hiding behnd the fact its natural stone is very very poor. It would have been 1 star but the tiles are a good quality so i gave an extra star for tha reason.
