I recently ordered a 2 piece peir cap as shown
On your website and was sent a 1 peice peir cap. I immediately informed Stonecrete Direct
That the wrong item was sent you know what I didn't even get an apology instead what I got was you will have to pay the return cost.
I clicked on the link and followed the process
That you have outlined, unless you can provide me with the second half of this product then what you have sent me will have to be returned at your cost, and I would expect a full refund. I might also consider legal action to recover the cost and report this to the trades people.
