Great product; took a while to be delivered, but really pleased when it came.

Well I placed my order about 2 months ago and they have my money but as yet I've not had anything delivered.

One of my post caps was chipped but as I'd waited so long for them to arrive I have had to keep it as the bricklayer has had to come back to put them on.

This is the place to come for your Stone and Concrete needs. Its hard to see what you buy by just going online but when the products arrived they was packaged to a very high standard and was blown away by the quality, would recommend highly to others.

"Packing problem"

Delivery time was long, but I knew this when I ordered. The only issue that arose was during delivery. Not sure exactly who is to blame, but the delivery driver could not get the load onto his machine - he said it had been packed wrong. The load was on one side of the pallet and kept toppling over when lifted. He ended up unpacking it by hand, brick by brick onto another pallet. He suggested he'd have to take it back, but I had been waiting a long time for it so told him not to. I ended up having to hold onto the bricks he had placed by hand onto the new pallet as he manoeuvred them, so they didn't fall off and break (they were unsecured at this point). The driver complained about a bad back afterwards and I'm sure he was going to make a complaint.

Delivery took weeks longer than confirmed on order. Had to chase delivery multiple times. Really disappointing communication and delays.

"Slabs are thicker than standard so…"

Slabs are thicker than standard so quality wise they are ideal. They arrived 4 weeks earlier than originally quoted so I can get on with the job intended, great!
