From the phone consultation I had with Yaz I knew that R H Fitness Coaching was the right team for me. The group chat they have is so comforting for someone that not had a coaching instructor before. The challenges they set and the food they get you to eat is NOT rice chicken and broccoli - it’s gorgeous food!! So happy I’m with R H Fitness! It’s taught me so much more what are actually in calories!

I started my journey with Rachel back in June of 2023, I attended a few of her fab Saturday classes and saw what a uplifting community Rachel had created, my Journey has had a few bumps in the road Rachel has been there every step of the way checking in on me making sure things are ok, I'm now 24lb down, fitter stronger and so much happier, I'm now learning to appreciate my body learning to love my flaws, Thank you Rachel for everything you do for all us ladies

"Best decision"
I’ve been working with Rachel since August ‘23 and it’s honestly the best decision I've made this year. When i signed up i was completely lost within myself and felt fed up with the vicious cycle of binge eating and feeling guilty for it. I had previous experience in the gym but lost all confidence in being anywhere near the weight section.
Within the first consult call i knew instantly that Rachel was the one to help me in getting back on track. The support I have received in the last 4 months has been incredible not in just general fitness check ins but would frequently check in if i was unwell to see how i am too.
Not only Ive lost some weight since starting but I’ve also learned so much about myself, and gained so much self belief and self confidence. I’m the happiest, healthiest and strongest Ive been ever and I can’t wait to hit some personal goals with Rachel in 2024. From struggling to lift a 20kg plate onto a machine & being insecure of being in the free weights in front of men, to completely waltzing into that gym/weight section regardless who’s there like its ain't nobody’s business (because it isn't and we all deserve to be there)

I have been with Rachel since January 2023, so nearly a year now. I started because my self confidence was down, my main focus wasn’t exactly to lose weight but to change my lifestyle. Being an uni student, going out 3 days a week, binging after nights out, then restricting on days off was regular for me. From having disordered eating in the past, to the being in a loop of binging and restricting was doing me no good. When I went to Rachel and told her about my disordered eating past, we decided to ignore counting calories and focus on eating what makes me feel good, eating regularly, and going to the gym regularly. We then slowly, added calories into conversation when we felt I was ready to do that. By now, I have lost 2 stones without actually trying. I go to the gym 3-4 times regularly, I enjoy going to sleep early, waking up earlier, eating whole foods, not restricting what so ever and my whole lifestyle has changed. Even though I do go out every now and then, it hasn’t impacted my journey at all and just shows that going out sometimes, or having treats at times won’t harm you as much as you think.
I honestly can’t thank Rachel enough for not only holding my hand through many hard times I’ve been through this year, from being in and out of hospital, being through relationship breakdowns and just struggles in general. She is honestly like a best friend and will only want the best for you.
Lastly, thank you for changing my life around, I could never have invested in anyone better. I can’t wait for the next year x

"So where do I begin?"
So where do I begin?
My journey started with Rachel back in August 2022. I was stuck in a rut. My mental health was at an all time low. I'd regained a lot of weight (about 10kgs) after I started caring for my newborn grandson. Not really through overeating more from not being active.
The best thing I ever did was reach out to Rachel. Since August 2022 not only have I lost the regained weight but another 14kgs too (24kgs total by the end of August 2023).
But that's not the best part!
I am now over a year free from antidepressants and anti anxiety medication! I'm a member of the gym(previously I had the worst gym fear!). I'm now also in the process of a muscle gaining phase in order to compete next year in a bodybuilding competition! This is something I would never have had the confidence to even consider a couple of years ago!
Rachel is so much more than "just a coach". She is a friend. She relates to her clients on a personal level. She listens to what they need, what fits best with their lifestyle
She acknowledges their concerns, anxieties etc and creates plans unique to them. When I say she goes above and beyond for all her girls I mean it wholeheartedly.
I literally cannot thank her enough for always being there for me. Taking me out of my comfort zones, for pushing me to be the best possible version of myself. Yes I put in the hard work but without her help and support I wouldn't be where I am today! Xxxx

"Kickstart challenge"
I joined the 2 week Kickstart challenge after not being able to exercise properly for over a year due to having open heart surgery. So for me getting back into the swing of things has been a bit daunting and I have lost some confidence in myself and appearance. (but i hope to change that)
Rachel & Yaz are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful coaches,who really care about their clients. Their whole ethos and who they stand for as a whole is reassuring. Their encouragement and motivation is refreshing to see. I'm looking forward to seeing changes in my mind & body. I'm feeling determined. Team RHF 💪

I can’t recommend Rachel enough! PT sessions and group classes are always fun and no two sessions are the same. Rachel’s extensive knowledge and dedication to her clients is amazing! She has tailored a training and nutrition plan specifically to suit my goals and dietary requirements and provides incredible support during and outside of her working hours. Rachel is always attuned to the needs of her clients and goes above and beyond every week. She has even extended her support during a period where I wasn’t a client and dealing with some health issues, because she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of others. I feel as though I’ve definitely built up a friendship with Rachel over the years as well as a solid coach-client relationship. ❤️
