I hope this message finds you well, although I cannot say the same for my own well-being due to the appalling experience I recently endured with your company, particularly with one of your agents, Alex, whom I have rechristened as "Aero WickedAlex." It is with profound disappointment and frustration that I write to express my deep dissatisfaction, with the abusive, unethical, and disloyal manner in which my ticket cancellation was handled.

Allow me to provide a comprehensive account of the situation. I have been a loyal customer of Aero Tickets for an extended period, consistently adhering to payment schedules and even going a step further as an agent, bringing countless customers to your company. My loyalty extended to retaining substantial deposits with Aero Tickets for extended periods, some exceeding three months. Despite my unwavering commitment and contribution to your business, my recent encounter with Aero WickedAlex has shattered my trust and left me in a precarious situation.

The ordeal commenced when I initially booked a return ticket from your company( Brussels Airline) London to Abidjan, with departure scheduled for June 27, 2023, and the return on September 15, 2023. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in my work schedule, I had no choice but to request a ticket cancellation. I was fully prepared to accept the cancellation fee and after that, approximately £100, supposed to be paid back to me(via Aero Ticket) and used toward my new ticket as well as my £50 deposit with Aero WickedAlex (Aero Tickets). Moreover, I willingly paid an additional £200 to ensure the total payment equaled £350, leaving £20 to make up the total ticket price of £370.

However, my willingness to resolve the matter in an amicable manner was met with sheer disdain and betrayal. Instead of accommodating my request and allowing me to settle the outstanding balance once I returned to the UK, Alex took it upon himself to cancel my ticket unilaterally, disregarding office hours and canceling it a mere three hours before the scheduled flight.

Had he displayed an ounce of decency and professionalism, he should have, at the very least, promptly refunded my money. Unfortunately, this basic courtesy was conspicuously absent from Aero WickedAlex's repertoire of actions. As a result of his unethical actions, I found myself stranded, incurring additional expenses for a prolonged stay of seven days and, more distressingly, having to secure a new ticket at a substantially higher cost, amounting to thousands of pounds, just to fulfill my professional commitments and reunite with my family.

The insensitive and surreptitious manner, in which my cancellation was executed, coupled with the evident intent to inflict harm, has left me utterly appalled. The complete lack of consideration for a loyal customer who has also been instrumental in driving business to Aero Tickets is nothing short of outrageous.

This complaint is not solely for the purpose of seeking redress for my own grievances, but to serve as a stark warning to others who may contemplate doing business with Aero Tickets. Loyalty and integrity should be the cornerstones of any reputable company, but Aero WickedAlex's actions demonstrate a stark departure from these principles.

Despite my repeated attempts to seek resolution through email communication, I have been met with a resounding silence from Aero Tickets. This silence has only solidified my perception of the company as Aero WickedAlex, a label I hope you take seriously and act upon promptly to rectify the injustices I have endured.

In conclusion, I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Aero WickedAlex. Your company's reputation and future business depend on your commitment to addressing such grievances promptly and with the integrity that every customer deserves.
