Working with WT Capital has been an awesome experience for me and my family. We are first property buyers and did not have any experience at all. WT Capital are very helpful, knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way during the whole process. They even got out of their own way to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible.
After getting to know WT Capital initially through Facebook, I was a bit sceptical but after a home visit from one of their Perth based consultant Shane Tangipo, I was put at ease after we went through the process, what it entails and how to go about setting up to purchase an investment property.
Once an agreement was reached to proceed, they connected me to the Self-Managed Superfund (SMSF) team to set up my own superfund and immediately started searching for potential areas of growth in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. We finally settled on and built a property in Aberglasslyn in the Hunter Valley region. Our first tenants moved in straight away after key handover which was fantastic.
We are forever grateful the hardworking staff at WT Capital. This all happened during the pandemic and I did not even have to go visit the newly built property from construction to key handover as everything was done online, thanks to Matt Wilson and Team at WT Capital.
I would recommend WT Capital if you’re looking to purchase an investment property.
