My son has a R11 Ridgeback for a few years and it was showing signs of wear and tear. We dropped it off at the Chase shop in Drummer and 2 weeks later we came back to find the bat looked like new. We could not believe it!! New stickers; cracks filled in; new grip etc. Well worth the £55 to refurb. Thank you so much Dan.

It’s taken me ages to write this, but it’s never left my to do list because the experience and impact was another level good.

I have bought 2 Chase bats for my daughter who plays age group County Cricket.
Her game got immediately better. Confidence, good quality workmanship and a solid middle.
R7 Finback from a dealer :Game Set Match, Chichester.
As her level improved and she grew, I wanted to the most informed decision and took her to the Chase Shop in Dummer.
This was the best thing ever, because Dan who was manning the shop (not “salesman” because it was an education and he was not on the hard sale at all.
So Dan took us through everything and spent a good 90mins helping us.
In the end it was clear between two bats with a big price difference. We decided to buy expensive/ buy once. We invested in a bespoke Chase Premium Willow FLC❄️ with a bigger/ better sweet spot/middle.
The weight was perfect and Dan discussed the balance and grips. He put two grips on at my daughters preference and packed it gently in a quality Chase branded waterproof bat case.

He was class!!
The quality of the bat was beyond class.

The impact was immediate as my daughter retired 44no off 27 balls having never retired before. The bat took all the credit from us all as the ‘weapon’ it is😂😂
She has so much confidence as the quality of the bat gets her out of all sorts of trouble with the ball pinging away from the large middle. Her team won the National Final at Lords (photo medal).
I honestly could not recommend Chase higher. Defo go to the shop near Basingstoke.
I also met Dan the owner and he’s just properly invested in cricket and the craft. Proud and humble. Good people- excellent experience.
