Product sent after weeks and not their product, tried to say it wasn’t their order
Trying now to return goods, return form doesn’t work, awaiting a response.

DISCUSSED Ordered the sheet and money was deducted from my charge on 9/27/2024 to date I have not received any type on confirmation of order, when it would be shipped. Tried to contact through email with no connection - phone no is just recording--just want to cancel order and refund my order - Shirley

They have taken my money 7 days ago , still waiting for a tracking number , emailed several times only to receive 2 automated responses, tried call but no one picks up! Then conveniently you get a text saying sorry we missed ur call how can we help!! Pure scammers they have probably gone bust as there’s zero customer service!! Also one of my emails was a cancellation I don’t want the product as I’ve read a couple of poor reviews…. So now I gotta wait 30 days so I can get my money back!

Love how zen life trying to come across all smart and funny…. I know the truth….. apparently they have refunded my money their end! Let’s see if my money is back in my account quicker than the 7 days it took them to finally respond back to me!

Bought a grounding sheet which made me feel poorly and gave me shocks actually impacting on my sleep in a negative way. UPDATE: I HAVE EMAILED. U RESPONDED OFFERING REFUND AND THEN GHOSTED ME!
