Fast and easy. My mother in law broke her phone and reached out to us via email so we sent a repair directly to her house and saved her an errand. The repair tech had great communication with us and she was happy with the service.

I think my real rating would be 3.5 stars. I ordered a back glass replacement for my phone and a screen and back glass replacement for my husband’s phone. The total was $350 for all. We ordered the service that comes to our location. The technician was nice but he took over 4 hours to complete. When I got my phone back the back glass was great but the screen no longer worked. I contacted them via Yelp. They were quick to send him back. He came back and told me that my screen was broken and that it was a coincidence with it being fixed. He said he would have to charge me for a screen replacement.
I was upset because the screen had worked fine for 2 years until he touched it. So I argued and he did replace the screen for free. But after he left I realized that the screen was very very poor quality. The colors were greenish and dark and the resolution was low. Then it started freaking out every tine I touched it. I contacted them via Yelp and they were quick to respond. I explained the situation and they said I could come by the store to have it replaced again or they would send someone out. I didn’t want to risk getting the same guy again so we went to the store the next day. The screen was replaced and much better but don’t expect Apple quality. The colors are still slightly off and it’s not the same quality as the Apple store. I’m just happy it is working again.
So my thoughts—PROS: service is very quick to respond. We ordered service same day. For problems—you may have to argue your case but in the end they are understanding. CONS: service is variable from technicians—and screen quality is not the same as new. I’m not sure if I’d use them again—if so I’d only use them for back glass or battery, not the screen. And I’d go to their store rather than ordering service to my home. I’m thinking part of the issue is that their technician was scrunched up in a tiny car trying to do our phones, with very little light. I gave him some snacks and offered drinks bc I felt bad he was working on it for so long!
