"AN UNRESPONSIVE PLATFORM!"

I am amazed to see that the majority of the reviews are positive, as my experience was a near disaster! It wasn't a total disaster because I have had a good student recommended by Superprof, one I have been teaching for a while now, and I am particularly thankful for that.

Consequently, I decided to subscribe for the pro pass on 24/7/2023 with the understanding that I could cancel the subscription at anytime by sending a mail to that effect to howfar@superprof, but that simply wasn't the case as my mails went unreplied (the good old criminal silence).
Sensing the risk of recurring debits to my account, I disabled access to my debit card. It was only at the expiration of the pro pass that Superprof reached out to me, informing me of their inability to make a deduction and a seven-day extension period during which I can re-enter credit card details.

With such horrible client service, I am now very much a spectator, and unless drastic changes are made and communicated, I will never pay for their services again.

I had been on SuperProf for close to a year without a student. At some point, I thought it just wasn’t working for me. Then boom! I had a student and she turned out to be a very good one, who absorbs knowledge like a sponge. Thank you for the opportunity Superprof.
