"SCAM ALERT HEAVEN PRIME LLC"

I want to warn everyone about Heaven Prime LLC, as I had a terrible experience with them. I placed an order on 10th December and made the payment immediately. Initially, their chat support and email team were responding, but after I sent the payment screenshot, they stopped replying altogether.

Despite sending 20-25 emails over the past several weeks, I haven’t received a single response. Neither their chat support nor their email support is functional now. I even tried calling their contact number multiple times, but no one answers.

It’s been over 20 days, and there’s no way to contact them to either get the product or request a refund. This company seems to be a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and protect yourself from falling into their trap.

Stay cautious!

So I'd like to share my experiences with heavenprime. before purchasing the products from them, i wanted to verify their authenticity, as i was curious about how could they offer such a low prices. i spoke with customer support and they provided me with the complete satisfaction , i need to restock mixsoon bean essance and previously i was making $1.25 profit, By purchasing from HEAVENPRIME, My cost decreased and now m making $3.67 in profit,which is proven highly beneficial for me. Initially i planed not to review until the products were added to my inventory, but after seeing the sales come in, I am happy to share my review and I'd gladly give them 5 stars for this
