just got my turborock so havent tried it yet .It looks really well made finish is is first class delighted with it,emailed a question steve got straight back with a very clear answer both friendly and polite like nothing was to much trouble.It arrived quickly and well wrapped.Good people to deal with .I am a very happy customer.

"Great rocker plate, quick service"

I just have my new React rocker plate installed since a day and had my first 54 km ride on it yesterday night. It took 20 km to get and a few setting changes to get into riding on Rouvy with a smart trainer + rocker plate setup but after that it really felt great. My speed on the new setup went down to slightly higher values than what I get outside in summer but that is to be expected in a conditioned environment.

Ordering the rocker plate was easy, Paypal was accepted and the reaction from Steven was swift (my smart trainer was supported but it was not yet in the dropdown because the 2021 model is only available recently so Steve had to contact me to ask what trainer I had). I ordered the rocker plate on Friday and got it into the house on Thursday the following week. I was really looking forward to improve my indoor ride so I had to ask Steven after four days of waiting when he could ship my gear. That e-mail was also replied to promptly. All in all a happy customer

"Realplate React - perfect for your winter training"

I ordered the Realplate React and it arrived only a few days later in Cologne, Germany. After some workouts on The Sufferfest I can already say that I love it and that it definitely puts my training to the next level. Those forth and back micro movements really help you ease your suffering.
I can really recommend the real plate to anyone who wants to ride seriously hard indoors.

Good product and really great communications. The inflatable balls were delayed in the post and so I left a query on the Turborocks answerphone asking if they had been sent. 5 minutes later they actually arrived! I rang Turborocks back and left a message to say all was ok after all.
Later that day, Steve rang me to ensure all was ok and that the balls were ok. That is what I call excellent customer service! Oh, and the balls are good quality too!
