"I wish I could write a satisfactory…"

I wish I could write a satisfactory review as in the past they have been really good but sadly their turnaround time is very slow these days. Both their original mouthguard and a replacement I've recently ordered have been very slow to arrive. I ordered a replacement mouthguard 25th January and it's 1st March and no order received yet.

I bought a custom-fit mouthguard from Titan, and although there were a few issues at first with delays, Louis took the time to sort everything out and get me back on track, which I really appreciated.

The mouthguard itself is excellent quality - fits perfectly, feels comfortable, and seems really durable. I’m really happy with it now, and despite the initial hiccups, I’d definitely recommend Titan for both their products and customer service.
