"Defective product after < 4 months. Poor/unhelpful/disowning customer service."
My wife bought a premium mouse product at a premium price from Computer Orbit Ltd through Amazon. It lasted less than 4 months. Returned at my expense under warrantee to Computer Orbit (they refused to pay) but we were refused a replacement, refund or repair because the product was "dirty" and therefore they were not wiling to test to find root cause. The only options they offered me were binning it or I could collect. They weren't willing to post back even! Unfortunately living in Surrey meant collecting from Newcastle was not feasible. Complete lack of empathy or good will from vendor who clearly needs some customer services training.
Update: subsequently filed an Amazon A-Z claim and won receiving a full refund from Amazon. Shame on Computer Orbit!
