"Online order during Corona virus crisis"

Ordered some products, with additional free gifts (very nice, thank you!), while the corona virus crisis is ongoing. Arrived quickly, the prices were the most competitive available online (on offer, probably not the normal price), and I got one more free gift than I expected. All in all a fantastic experience. If they keep their offers on my favourite products I will definitely buy again. Thankyou!

"Deceptive company with questionable customer service"

A company that does not seem to value its customers, even repeat ones it would seem. Advertises promotions, takes the order, doesn't honour the promotion, then claims the promotion was discontinued months back. Not to mention, took a number of days to even action the order.
Promotion still remains on the website to dupe other customers into making orders, despite being notified. Customer service team not interested and has got progressively worse over the last year.
A sign of a good company is one that goes the extra mile when they get things wrong. This company just ignores the issues and takes customers for granted. Good luck with that business model.

"Ordered some bits a couple of days ago…"

Ordered some bits a couple of days ago (at 3am Monday) under the impression that as they received before 3pm on a Monday it would be shipped that day. It is now 3pm Thursday and it still has not been dispatched. I’ve now cancelled my order and asked for a refund (of the money they very quickly took!!). I did not even get an apology. Waste of time as I could’ve ordered it from amazon and had It on Tuesday.
Customer service were quick to reply and Simon was polite.

"Christmas hairdryer"

Product ordered via Toni and Guy website. Arrived quickly but was disppointed on Christmas Day as the hairdryer ordered had 1800 watt motor but the hairdryer I received was 2000 watt (I spent ages looking for a low watt ionic dryer). Larger than expected but still quite light. Good length cable. Works well on low setting, but haven't used high heat and fan.
Tried to put a review on the Toni and Guy website but unable to access it.

Cannot fault this service, ordered new straighteners for my other half and a few accessories, arrived promptly and items look lovely.

Would be confident recommending them and using them again personally.
