I had an informal interview. I rent a room and a small girl was crying so loudly before the start of the interview. I decided to go outside. When Kristian saw this, he didn't turn on the sound and called me by mobile phone. He sad that we couldn't do an informal interview. A little bit later he sent me a letter by email and said: "I do not feel you are suitable for this job position."
His behaviour was subjective and discriminatory. It's not professional.
