"Minus 100 stars"

Minus 100 stars! And not happy at all with the customer service. After being a customer for quite some time I thought they would understand and would help me but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I received a bad batch and they claimed like it never happens and emailed them and told them what the issue was. They were of no help and now I just wanted my money in this brand which I could have saved up instead of making them richer

I'm no longer a customer

Please do not buy their products there are better alternatives and prices so save your money and time.
