We had 4 estate agents value our house but chose My Place in Cornwall as we felt their rate was value for money along with being a company we felt comfortable giving access to our home and finding a buyer. Felt that staff knew about my requirements and although had to be fair to the seller were mindful of my requirements. Good that they are open all day on Saturday - I think most estate agents are closed on Saturday afternoons?
