Never Had any problem with the company & prices are absolutely fantastic.
I always use them from Gatwick Airport To Heathrow Airport & same on return as well. I always book tight connection between airports because I do not want to waste my time but Freedom airport service drivers never let me down always on time courteous & friendly. I booked a standard car for my Heathrow Airport Pick Up & was expecting something rubbish car but when I was out with the driver I saw brand new E Class Mercedes for my pick up & that was a great surprise for me.
