I bought engraved glasses for several of my employees for Christmas gifts and they loved them! Very beautiful!

"Stray scuffs on glass"

They were very quick and helpful!! The glasses are great quality, though mine do have a couple scuffs that shouldn’t be there which I assume were stray marks made while engraving. They’re not perfect, but they’re nice.

"2020 Crystal, Etched Holiday Ornaments"

In 2020 I sourced a new vendor to create our company's annual crystal, etched Christmas ornaments for personnel and board members. Crystal Imagery worked with me over a weekend, to upload our new logo and produce the first shipment. The quality was superb, and alas we have a NEW vendor!

Then a shipment to our office in Midland, Texas never arrived. Again, the staff there worked quickly for us to reproduce replacements. Not only is the quality of their work excellent, but their service and professional staff provide service, beyond belief. Thank you!
