When you are going through challenges, you need to deal with very patient and understanding people. We had dealings with Anistenhomes before the passing of my husband ( managing our property) and then after as I had to sell it. The services rendered were excellent and beyond. Mr Akeel Bashir, is one of the politest person, very calm, very understanding, professional amongst other qualities. It was a very quick and efficient sale. The support I got from Akeel and his colleague Fariha was amazing. Mr Bashir's words were do not worry, we shall deal with everything including relocating the tenant. Terrible, worst experience of my life.
As it stands soon they will pay the price of scamming and mistreating people.
They rented me an illegal property because, the house has been considered by the council unsuitable for human living.
When I found out about the situation I move out from the property, till today, they didn't give me back my deposit.
As soon I moved out of the property, they rented the house to other people and now they set up the energy and gas bill with my name without my consent and I don't live in the property anymore as a matter of fact, previous tenants have experienced same situation. They're confident in practising unlawful actions because the landlord of the property is a solicitor and he has relatives working for Redbridge council that's the reason they still practising these actions. A legal action have been taken, if my name is not taken out of the bills that they set up or if my documents keep being used by the company and this property. Just a remind that a solicitor license can be revoked and a company can be closed down.
this company is unlawful, unprofessional and do not respect human rights.
