"Very poor communication"

I ordered a table that had a 4 week delivery- only once I paid - the entire amount- did they reveal that it was actually out of stock.
I wrote an email and said I needed it in 5 weeks and to let me know if that wasn’t possible. No response.
I wait 4 weeks and so try and call. The number on the internet is never answered.
It’s now 9 weeks and they say it’s despatched but they can’t give me a tracking number.
Communication is very poor.
Table did eventually turn up but communication needs a huge improvement. I would not use them again.

Everything went smoothly at Mueble Design. Selection, ordering and delivery.There was no problem at all. For me it was the best choice.

I ordered a lounge chair that missed one screw. I asked to send the screw together with another office chair I Ordered. No screw. Still have not received.
