I ordered 2 collars a few weeks ago and nothing arrived. After a couple of hiccups with emails a very helpful member of the Hippity team called me straight away and is resending my order which had got lost in transit.
I have now received the collars and they are beautiful- the size guide is accurate meaning they are a perfect fit (I ordered 2 different sizes), the quality is excellent and they look great.

The mug measurements weren’t provided when I bought the items and I was rather shocked to realise they espresso mugs rather than coffee cups. They are lovely mugs but extremely small.
