Stuff was missing out of the box to what I was shown no glue with nails u sent the nail box no cover there's a blush missing and blue brushes the box looked terrible worst box I've had

Honestly can not fault this company! I love the tiktok lives.. "Sent incorrect lashes- and told I was wrong"

Usually order all my lashes from here in bulk to use in my kit. Recently placed two order the first of which I didn’t bother checking as after so many years I’ve had no issues. I happened to checking the second order upon arrival only to realise I have been sent the wrong lash. I ordered the demi lashes in cat eye (whispier) and received the demi lashes in fling. I went back to check my first order only to realise that the same had been done then aswell but this time the name on the box was fling and had been poorly scribbled out- contacted customer services who insisted that the order was correct and the lashes are one and the same style- if that’s the case then why on the website do they have separate listings under two different names and also two different prices? No apology was given, except a very loose and poor explanation as to how the lashes could be in the wrong box- the difference is between both styles is very obvious- I noticed instantly upon checking that the fling style looked cheap and not as whispy. I unfortunately had to keep the lashes as I needed them for clients the very next day. No apology given either until prompted- quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
