The dog food wasn’t too bad. The smell was horrible. We also ordered two jars of the probiotic powder it didn’t do anything. Do not buy it. It’s a waste if you have a dog large or even medium breed it’s not worth it. It is way too expensive. The normal person cannot afford this. I’m a single mom with two large dogs this is out of my budget completely and then they offer a moneyback guarantee, but you have to pay to ship it back. It’s not worth it. I’ve canceled all my subscriptions and I will never use them again.

"I placed an order for 2 small bags dry…"
I placed an order for 2 small bags dry food 1 small bag of treats and 1 small bag of cat food these are very tiny bags. Plus I received 25% off. I received cat food and treats. Waited and waited. I called and inquired about my order. They stated that was my full order so for those 2 items were over 100.00 minus 25 percent!!!! Total rip off. Take a screen shot of your order.

"Food Quality 5-Stars, Online Ordering Experience 1-Star!"
The specific purpose of this review is to address the unsatisfactory nightmare experienced online when attempting to place an order on 08/29/2024. THIS reviewer/customer has absolutely no question as to the quality of Dr. Marty’s cat food. I have witnessed the remarkable improvement in both my pets on these quality foods and actually rates the FOOD at 5-STARS!!!!! . . . however, . . .
Background: I specifically (and timely) order 4-bags each month to ensure I have enough cat food on hand and not run out due to experiencing extended shipping times after placing my order. (I do not subscribe to monthly orders because Dr. Marty’s has not convinced me of their online security practices for safeguarding customer information).
More Background: AND, I DO NOT order food and treats in the same order anymore due to a bad experience two months ago when the Dr. Marty's online page did not warn that the treats were out of stock while placing the order! The result being the food portion of my order was held up waiting for the treats to restock! Dr. Marty’s did not inform me of the problem! I only found out when I called the company after nearly running out of food waiting for my order to arrive. The company then refused to split my order and send along the food! Unfortunately, I had to resort to serving my dog and cats “burnt kibble” until my Dr. Marty’s order arrived and had to restart (nearly from scratch) to adjust feeding them back on Dr. Marty’s food.
Complaint: This past Thursday, I accessed my Dr. Marty’s account to place my customary order of 4-bags of cat food. As per my usual custom, I selected the 3-Bag offer/discount and added it to the cart. From the “Cart” page I select “Continue Shopping” to navigate back to the order page and select the 1-Bag option and add it to the cart. (There is no ability to make these selections for a total of 4-Bags at the same time). Only this time, when I check the cart, the 3-Bag portion of the order has been replaced by the 1-Bag order! I went back and forth between these pages only to find the order will only allow me to select one option, not both and cannot make a total order of 4-Bags of cat food!! (Up to this month, the ability to order 4-Bags with the 3-Bag discount was previously available)!
While online I call customer service and explain the situation. The woman is nice and tries to be helpful but cannot fix the problem and ends up instructing me to go back and place two separate orders, one for the 3-Bag option with the discount, and a completely separate order for 1-Bag. Seems to me this method presents a problem . . . the 3-Bag option is discounted and qualifies for free shipping, (nice) where the 1-Bag option does not and the shipping for a single bag is (for me) expensive and certainly not worth the additional cost, regardless of the food quality.
Finally, out of frustration I go back and adjust my order to select a single bag at $29.95 and in the Cart page click the “+” to increase the quantity to “4”.
Now the bill totals $119.80.
I apply the qualifying “texting” discount code (-$6.00)
Subtotal: $113.80
Taxes: $6.03
Shipping: $0.00
Grand Total: $119.83
(divided by quantity of 4) = $29.9575, slightly more expensive than the original $29.95 for the single bag. . . .
My hands are up!!! I cannot catch a break and it should not be this hard . . . Dr. Marty's, please FIX this . . .

Excellent products, the teeth cleaning chews are fantastic, they work as advertised!! His products are safe and effective, not many products these days can that be put in that category.

"Foreign buyers beware"
Foreign buyers beware. Although they offer delivery to Mexico, they wait until after you order to tell you it may take "4 business weeks," Other vendors have delivery within 2 calendar weeks. I have waited more than a month, and their tracking service yesterday reported the package had been returned to the US. My repeated requests for help from customer service get nothing but responses that the 4 business weeks have not passed so they will do nothing, not even explain why the package went back to the US. They tell me to consult with their contractor in Mexico to find the product but give no contact information. In the meantime, my elder dog is suffering; the supplement I ordered is supposed to help, but he can barely hobble and may not survive to try it. They also fumbled the order, and it took 45 minutes with customer support to confirm they had used the correct credit card after twice telling me a different card was charged.

"The cat food is great, but......."
The cat food is great, but...... The customer service is unpredictable. Twice now, I have called to get something changed on my account and the order after that call goes to the wrong address even though the call had nothing to do with the address. The software seems to randomly pick up a prior address. Also the subscription process is very limited. We will no longer be using Dr. Marty's cat food.

My dog vomited the three days after I started feeding her. I’m not sure if it was caused by the food. It’s been sitting on the shelf ever since. Yesterday I received another package. Since I never schedule anything for automatic order. I don’t know how this happened. I’ll be calling the company asap.

BEWARE.......DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE TO SHIP THE ITEMS BACK COULD COST YOU UP 17.00 DOLLARS. About your refund policy. not talking about the produce. My cats voimted up Dr Marty cat food.
There was no way my cats could have ate your cat food. the reason i am complaining is about your refund you say we can send the produce back, but you fail to tell me that its going to cost me 17.00 from Ohio to Cailifornia. You need to some how to tell your custmors the Expense of shipping the product back. i DO NOT LIKE buying anything unless i can ship it back.

Ozzy really enjoys the Nature's Blend. She's been less itchy, more active and happier than ever. Unfortunately, I just can't afford to continue 😪. Im retired and even at 50% off it just doesn't fit my budget. This makes me so sad because Ozzy is my world!! I hope Nature's Blend helps a lot of other pups enjoy their lives.
