"Ken started off amazing"

Ken started off amazing. I was able to get 68k in funding from him. Here is the explanation behind the 2 stars, ken made a few terrible careless mistakes as an experienced person with this. The 2 bad calls caused me to lose 88k in funding to be exact. Ken stated that I was in the heath care field when I’m really in the sneaker industry. A rep from the bank called stating they had researched my website and my listed job industry did not match. Careless mistake and completely embarrassing when the bank called. The second careless mistake was made when Ken proceed a credit app 3 days before a card reported a significant decrease. Had he waited 3 days, I would have easily gotten 50k. This was something I pointed out and Ken assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and that we did not need to wait. Ken then made promises to reach out so we can explore more options, it’s a month later and still haven’t heard from Ken.
I would trust someone that has a little more experience in this field. The potential is there but he isn’t intentional about his work and it shows. I really do appreciate the 68k, it helped out a great deal.
