When we first needed software escrow in 2003, we were a new company of less than 5 people, and we had been asked for it by a prospective customer. They were a County government, who had been burned by other vendors, and were scared to do business with a new, small company. We didn't know anything about software escrow, but needed the sale, and EscrowTech explained everything to us, patiently answered our many (paranoid) questions and made everything very easy for us AND for our customer at a price that we could afford.
