The CBN+CBD gummies are a nighttime lifesaver. Any time I feel achy and my restless legs are acting up, this helps me get the sleep I need. If I'm feeling particularly restless and achy I use 3, but 2 gummies seems to work. When I'm suffering with bronchitis or any other severe cold, this plus a nighttime cold medicine does the trick so I'm not up all night blowing my nose and repositioning to get comfortable.
