I had an unpleasant experience recently. I purchased rakhis and was assured that they would be dispatched promptly as they were intended for international postage. Regrettably, the rakhis were never sent. Upon inquiring, I was informed that the urgency of the matter had not been communicated and therefore the order was not processed. Despite presenting evidence of the promised expedited delivery, the response was merely an apology and an offer to cancel the order. This left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, as I had already waited a considerable amount of time. Consequently, I am hesitant to make future purchases from this place.
