Sou cliente da empresa desde 2015, fazendo todas as minhas reservas internacionais, inclusive, por meio do App. Nunca tive qq problema. Mas hoje, 1º/02/24, fiz a reserva de um carro, aeroporto internacional e a retirada já era na manhã do dia seguinte. Acontece que tive um problema no App com os valores logo após a confirmação da minha reserva (em reais). Percebi o erro e apavorei! Imediatamente, contactei a empresa pelo WhatsApp e fui prontamente atendida pela colaboradora Carolaith do atendimento ao cliente. Não só me explicou todas as minhas dúvidas com a maior boa vontade do mundo, como também resolveu a questão da minha reserva! Parabenizo a empresa e a colaboradora que me atendeu!
