From start to finish the whole mattress buying experience was a pleasure. We were listened to, then given excellent advice, given the opportunity to try several mattresses for firmness and never felt any compulsion to buy. Timescale explained, delivery options discussed and all in a friendly but businesslike manner. Delivery made at time agreed. A really pleasant experience. The mattresses are great, the quality is superb, extremely comfortable and my wife and I both said that we are no longer suffering backache.

We were recommended Bespoke Beds by a friend. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and we felt no pressure to buy. They make their own beds and mattresses. We liked one of their wooden frame beds, which was very well constructed and stylish. They were able to match the frame paint colour to our existing bedroom furniture.
We also ordered their hybrid cashmere mattress.
Order to delivery was quicker than expected.
Delivery was straightforward as was building the frame.
Communication with the company was excellent throughout.
The bed is very comfortable.

From the moment I went in to the shop to the day of delivery, everything was seamless.
Naz was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about the types of beds and mattresses which would suit my personal needs.
On the day my bed arrived, Naz and his colleague got a mattress and divan bed in to a 3rd floor flat ,out of a small lift, then while carrying the mattress, asked
Shall we take our shoes off?
On entering the flat.

They took their shoes off while holding this heavy mattress!

Very professional, friendly, great communication and most of all they set the bed up. The bed is very comfortable too!

We’re very happy with our experience of buying from Bespoke Beds Of Oakwood Ltd. The 2 mattresses we bought are good quality and were reasonably priced. They were ready in the promised timescale and delivery was arranged to suit us. Naz even arranged for a local charity to collect the mattresses we no longer needed a few hours before the new ones arrived. I can’t remember the last time I got such good customer service.
