My first order but not my first experience of the product as someone very thoughtfully gave me some for my birthday.I’m sure there will be many more orders from me because to quote from a well known advertisement “I’m worth it”. It’s always amazing to see customer service so alive and kicking in some people’s business models, Nut Cellars are a prime example of how to do this!
The personal touch in a hand written note; twinned with thoughtfully packaged items and a little thank you for supporting independent business. Very touching in a world of sanitised corporate service!
This is before we get to the quality of product, I tried the chocolate macadamias and a tea spoon (yes straight from the jar!) of the macadamia butter, both were absolutely exceptional.
Great experience all round and will be ordering my refills, likely sooner rather than later given how nice this is!
