Package arrived earlier than expected delivery. Although the box was damaged when it arrived the product was t damaged. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and was able to hang all the garments on the rail without the weight of the clothes affecting the rail. The castors run smoothly on carpet so very manoeuvrable. Love my 5ft hanging rail.

Good quality shelving, versatile and fast delivery. It's a shame no fixings or screws were included. It would be better if that could be made clear in advance.
Appreciated having a video for instructions on how to erect.

I bought a clothes rail with cover, very happy with it's sturdiness and very prompt delivery (two days before it said it would arrive).

"I was charged £25 for delivery"

I was charged £25 for delivery, this was excessive given the item ordered. The item itself was less than £30. I've had a 3 metre long corner sofa delivered from England for £30.
While the product I bought is of good quality, I won't purchase anything else due to the extortionate shipping cost.
Addition for Urbaboxx:
I live in Northern Ireland. The weight of the item ordered was less than 5kg. I appreciate that brexit has added additional, and in my view, unnecessary customs paperwork, but a charge of £25 for delivery is just out of order. This isn't a courier charge as you well know.

"2 x glass shelves and uprights "

I’m really happy with the shelves that I bought, and even more impressed with the service. Very quick delivery.
There were a couple of things I wasn’t sure about, and one tiny item had gone walkabout. I phoned and - shock horror - managed to get though to someone who was very friendly and very helpful - just like the good old days! They bent over backwards to help me out and make sure I was happy. Would give 6 stars if I could, it’s a level of service you don’t seem so get very much these days!

Made my order 9 days ago, and was supposed to be delivered last week. Apparently the delivery man "attempted delivery" but couldn't do so because it required a signature. The building has a 24/7 concierge to provide this exact service but no idea why they couldn't deliver this. Told to rebook delivery, fine. Have since rebooked for Monday - no one showed up. Tuesday - no one showed up. Wednesday - no one showed up. And now Thursday, once again no show?

Edit: Since I posted this review, Urbaboxx has fixed the issue quickly and the product was delivered on Saturday. I've updated my rating accordingly.

"V sturdy coat/clothes rail - takes a good weight"

Clothes rail delivered in advance of date promised, good advisory communications, well packed and each component well wrapped within sturdy box.
Easily constructed, altho' thought top "tension" rail wasn't going to fit, laid item on its side and gently pressured top-side downwards to opposite side and tge bar is exactly as named and with its tension, when fitted on, provides sufficient tension to produce an extremely sturdy rail, castors just slip into holes provided.
Would consider this rail to be of retail standard as used by well-known national clothes retail chain! 100% recommend :)
