App works most of the time but is not as user friendly as they make out. There are times that the completed form does not get sent to you. Reply below says call my account manager - don't have one!!!!!

Paperless transition for estimates.
I searched and tried many different avenues and almost gave up. My issue was that my salesmen have terrible writing and many of my competitors are switching to paperless estimates.
I tried beardoc, honeywasp, and a few others. Beardoc was the closest I got but it was hard to use and set up and they had the WORST customer service EVER.
Days turned into weeks and then I stumbled onto Goformz! Omg, what a breath of fresh air, seriously.
I took my existing paper estimate and downloaded it, filled in all the slots and was in business in, I'd say, 2 hours maybe. After I got familiar I added pages of sample pictures and information.
I'm in construction (roofing) and have no real experience with these types of things and I nailed it out of the park. If I can do it, so can anyone.
To top it off the customer service is outstanding. Easy to reach and always got back to me. Very satisfied customer here.
