Completely unacceptable, terrible customer service. Due to a canceled flight I was instructed to work with the air line to get a travel voucher or some kind of refund. The result was the airline and Vayama just pointing me back at each other. No attempt on anyone's part to try to make things right.

me notificaron que la reservación fue exitosa y a los pocos minutos me informaron que no se concreto pero me hicieron un cargo por el 10%, ya pasaron 2 meses y no hay rembolso, he tratado de contactarlos y no hay respuesta, pésimo servicio

"Scam alert money stealers"
Terrible. I booked some flights in July 2020. They where cancelled due to the pandemic. Paid over $2000USD.
I was told I should have a refund after 30 days. The company have been telling me they're waiting for the airline to deposit the refund back into their account and then they will deposit to me.
2 years later I am still waiting for a refund.
I don't believe they will ever deposit the money back to me, as the flight company has confirmed that vayama has had my money in their account for 2 years now.
Major scam alert and I really hope that anyone reading these terrible reviews are not going to make the wrong decision of using this company that shouldve been shut down already.
