I am a first time buyer so coming into the world of house buying was unnerving process for me. Zoe put my mind at ease from our initial call and spent lots of time walking over the process with me and letting me know all my options for securing a mortgage.

Since then the transaction has been super straight forward and smooth with her onside and both Zoe and Mhairi are faultless at getting back to me with any questions I have. Response times to any questions are usually within 1 working day maximum.

We cannot thank Zoe and Mhairi enough for helping us buy our first home. As first time buyers the process can be overwhelming and we had already been looking at properties for a while and lost a little bit of hope.
