"I recently ordered some Nkuku Itari …"

I recently ordered some Nkuku Itari baubles that are sold in a four color way, 1 green, 1 red, 1 gold and 1 pewter. I ordered 8 sets, but only opened four as there should of been 4 green, 4 red, 4 gold and four pewter, instead what I got was 1 Green, 6 reds, 4 golds and 5 pewter.

I contacted Rooi about this and received one of the most condescending replies and it looked that the person hadn't even bother reading my email as the reply was all over the place.

It's not surprising they closing down in such a short amount of time.
