"First time users - and VERY happy customers!"

This was our first time using a dog transport service - and I have to say I was a bit nervous about it. But ultimately it was a great experience for both us and our pup - we will definitely use Alpha Team again in the future.
We have a 26 lb. 2-1/2 year old Golden Doodle who we needed to move from Santa Barbara, CA to the Denver metro area. We have made the 1200 mile drive several times before but in our 70’s it’s getting to be a bit much twice a year. So we flew and had Alpha Team transport our pup, Maggie. Chris picked her up at our California home yesterday morning, right on time. And she was delivered to our home in Colorado early this evening - just as promised. Elysia was wonderful to work with. And Chris kept us informed every step of the way - texts, photos, etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
As I said earlier, we will definitely use Alpha Team again in the future. Many heartfelt thanks to both Chris and Elysia - you guys are terrific!

They were wonderful! They did an urgent transport for us even though it wasn’t really within their schedule. They made it happen quick! We were kept in constant communication and got updates throughout the trip. When we did our meet up Chris told us everything about the trip. Great people! If you need a transport they are definitely the people to call!!
