This is my review of the roomsoom pg in sector 126, Noida. I had booked a room there for the month of October but the deplorable condition of the pg compelled me to vacate within ten days.
Firstly, unhygienic conditions - the waahroom attached to my room wasn't cleaned, neither before I moved in, nor during my short stay even after repeated reminders to the caretakers. Even my room was not cleaned regularly, and my requests were met with a very lax attitude by the staff. There is dust everywhere, as if it hasn't been cleaned since its construction.
Secondly, no hot water - there is an additional charge of Rs. 500 to install a geyser, a fact that was revealed to me a week into the stay.
Thirdly, constant disturbance - the building is built in such a fashion that the slightest of sounds make their way to you. The windows aren't glass but mesh, and this make sounds very audible. Moreover, they aren't opaque. So not only can you hear every sound coming from outside the room, the light from the hall (which is always on) will keep you up.
Fourthly, lax attitude of the staff - the caretakers are completely ignorant of your concerns. I had to tell them at least thrice to get my room cleaned, even after which they didn't and asked me to "let it be, kal ho jayega". The manager of this branch, Mr Nitin Agrawal, was unresponsive when I brought these issues up with him. The refund was also not processed by them, even after multiple promises made to that effect.
In conclusion, it is a really shabby, unkempt pg unfit for healthy inhabitation.

The worst pg ever. Caretaker, cook and their staff do not cooperate. They shout on girls too.
Quality of food is very bad and yes they can say goodbye at anytime so be careful before choosing. And one more thing is that the no. Which is given for complaints is just a number and the company owner is very careless.

Don’t be fooled by good rating Nitin is the owner who himself has asked staffs for ratings. It’s a chain of pg run by goons (literally for any complaints you will be asked forcefully to vacate and if you don’t do so bouncers are at your service) AC bill in peak summers go up to 11000 a month and the best part they won’t provide you a bill. Don’t fall trap to them initially they charge less for rooms but AC bills bills of repairs for AC is INR 1000 per person in room. This review is outcome of an experience which was a nightmare for not only me but a dozen of pg mates

Apart from being very affordable ,it provides anything and everything . And the best part is that unlike others they don't even charge a penny for complaints and maintenance

I had an experience and it was the worst one. Single bathroom shared by 10 other people none of them kept it clean. Unfriendly fellow tenants totally dumb people. Can never mind their own business

Worst PG ever ....they make fake promises .... electricity and Mouses are really big issue....food quality is also at its worst ....they do not give salary to their caretakers and that's why those poor Nepali boys stoles money and ran away....
