Where is my order.....?? I ordered on the 1st and you advertise 1-2 day dispatch and have no notification of delays. Ordered nearly 100 times with KWC but unfortunately not the first time an order has been delayed without any notification. The items you stock as a wholesaler are purely for other businesses to fulfill orders - but you have the audacity to tell me "We've had a delay and we have no idea what date your order will dispatch". Great stuff, thanks for that. Right ahead of a bank holiday weekend which means it'll now be at least 3 working days before dispatch and at least 4+ days from order to delivery. But you simply expect to me to tell my customers, "sorry it's delayed, my wholesale said they have NO IDEA when they are dispatching my order and didn't bother to tell me it was delayed". Frustrated beyond belief.

"very poor customer service"
IF there was an option for no stars that would be what I would be selecting. I have used this company a number of times and had no issues however this time I am still waiting for my parcel that I ordered in December I have contacted customer services who are saying that I wasn't home for the delivery attempts despite the fact I have sat in on two occasions waiting for my parcel and no one delivering also have cctv footage to prove that no delivery attempt was made and now they are holding my items until I pay another delivery fee dissipate the fact the issue is with Hermes not myself. they are to busy trying to brush off the issue and not deal with it themselves.

If I could rate 0 I would! Order not arrived, tried to speak to lady at customer service who said it was couriers fault and that courier is lying that he doesn’t have the parcel so they wouldn’t help!

I stumbled across them a few years ago and have been using them ever since.
The clothes are amazing quality, my customers love them. The options are great.
Thoroughout the pandemic they have been open about shipping times aswell as giving additional info about restocking dates etc and been very reliable.
They listen to customers and make improvements to the site based on that, they are also really quick and friendly to reply when you have a problem.
