Ive been using ICC for a few years now and the service has always been great. Most recently a failed power supply was swapped out on warranty and replacement received next morning. Recommended.

I posted a query through the website and received a same day response to my online query about a desired server spec with competitive pricing. The transaction itself was straightforward and quick, the server arrived within two days despite the configuration being a customised build and requiring specific hardware that was not in stock.

The server arrived well packaged and powered on fault free. Even better this reconditioned server comes with a 12 month warranty

Some confusion with the picture on the website being generic and not the same as the one I wanted, but this would be expected with an old legacy system, quickly resolved with an chat message with the company, but not seeing a picture still required a leap of faith, one which I may not of done had I not been purchasing for my company. Would definitely recommend.
