Great folks to deal with. Missed something off my order after paying, quick email and was added next day, obviously had to pay for it but no fuss and no extra delivery charge.
Package came quickly and well boxed up with fresh produce in a cool wrapping. Super fresh and well please.
Will be returning for more.

Received only part of my order after a phone call about a week after ordering telling me that some of the products I had ordered were discovered to be out of date (April 2024) when packaging them. They asked if I wanted to take the out of date product for a 50% discount, choose a replacement or have the missing items refunded.
I asked for a refund which the woman on the phone said was fine and would happen.
The next day the items arrived without the products as agreed which is fine. But it’s almost a week ago and my email has been ignored where I reiterated o would like a refund for the missing items and still no refund or acknowledgement.
I’ve used this company before with minimal issues but won’t be using them again after this. The refund should have been processed straight away and should have been acknowledged in writing and not via phone call first. Very bad practice and very poor customer service
