"Brilliant - highly recommended"

Brilliant - I was just about to purchase a new oven - I had the item in my basket at a time I really could not afford it, when I thought I’d try to find a DIY solution, thinking surely an oven that still works must be able to be fixed. I came across this product after typing in oven door glass fix. I rang the helpline and they were so helpful and informative. I purchased the double pack as advised for my type of oven and it arrived very quickly. It could not have been any easier and it does exactly what it says it does. Many months on, my old oven is still as good as the day I mended it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their product. What a refreshing change to a) obtain help from a real person b) the product performs as well as they promise and c) the price is a drop in the ocean compared to the cost of a new oven. I am so thankful to them. If you have an issue with one or more of your glass panels having fell out (mine was the interior glass held in by nothing but silicone) then you won’t be sorry you bought this product. I am a woman on my own with only basic DIY skills and I found this easy. They even give you step by step instructions for various scenarios and they won’t take feedback from you until several months after your purchase so that you can be sure the product is up to the job. I spoke with someone who was really helpful. He was able to answer my questions. I then placed an order at 15:00 and received it the following day. The product was easy to use and cured the problem that I had. No more steamed up oven door.

I inherited an old Rangemaster with a house purchase and, after another few years of great service, the outer door glass fell into the door cavity. After looking at all options (from very costly service engineer call out to a £2k new oven) and with all the family descending for Christmas I discovered this site. The best purchase I have ever made! I am a semi-capable, middle-aged, female diy-er but for £5.99, was willing to give it a go. What made the experience so fabulous was all down to Eddie. He is a superstar! Even down to being available on the online chat on a sunday afternoon when I had questions. Not only has that repair held fast for 6 months - the other oven glass fell out two weeks ago, I ordered a kit, recieved next door and had that repair completed in 48 hours. If only every product and service was as fantastic as Eddie. Thank you.

"Sceptical this or any oven door glue…"

Sceptical this or any oven door glue would work but now several months later the glass panel that had detached from the inner casing of the oven door is still there firmly set in with no movement and saved me a hefty bill of a replacement oven door. Easy to use with clear instructions and a quick and efficient service from this Company. Would recommend both this oven door glue and the Company.

"Used this kit on my CDA oven"

I bought and used this kit on my CDA oven, joining the seal where previously the metal seal joiner kept slipping out. It works a treat. All good 6 months later. Kit is complete with cleaning wipe, instructions. Great service/repair. Thanks
