Hey guys,
Just want to give a review of the SPI platform experience outside the US.
I live down under in Australia and I simply wanted a Samsung smart watch 3. So With my SPI pro account I purchased one with ETH. At first I was hesitant because im not a fan of ordering things online overseas because even without covid, things can take a long time (2 months last time with an international delivery) arrive in AUS.
However if you are a person who like a bargain or good deal Shopping.io is the way to go.
In $AUD the Samsung watch would cost me between $499-$699 depending on what Australian retailer i purchased from. From shopping.io it cost me $380 ($296 USD) Even without the 10% discount purchasing through Shopping.io I was getting a brilliant price!
The delivery time was also good (took 3 weeks which is good time for international shipping where I live)
Overall experience was great. Thank you Shopping.io will use the platform again!

So I decided to buy a Gaming PC for my girlfriend and these are my honest reviews of the whole process

Overall Process: 10/10

The process of navigating through the website for my item was as easy as searching an item on Amazon, eBay etc. I was able to find my item no problem. Purchasing was also seamless as I used Utrust as my payment method so paying was as simple as scanning a QR code and sending the amount through the system.

Website: 7/10

The website is alright (I do understand that a revamp of the website is coming and this is my website review at the time of me purchasing my item) in terms of user interface. Some things that I would suggest on improving is when click on “more information” on a specific item, it would route me to a separate Amazon link which was whatever but I wished that all that info was shown on the shopping.io website rather than redirecting me to the specific Amazon Item. Also the website at the time of me purchasing my item looks “Wordpress-y” and screams “highschooler designed website” so hopefully the new revamp website will look more professional.

Customer Service: 9.5/10

The Customer Service was absolutely excellent! The live chat was always there and there was always someone that I could talk to about my questions. During my purchase there was an issue with ordering my item because my item was out of stock temporary on amazon and the shopping.io team really went out of their way to make sure I get my item and they were always updating me on the current situation of my purchase and even compensated me for the inconvenience! One thing that could be improved is the way notifications are presented on shopping io. The notifications that were given to me were worded a bit weirdly and a bit confusing to decipher.

Shipment process: 7.5/10

The process of getting the item shipped to me was okay. I got a tracking link but the link only told me what day my item would arrive but didn’t give me any other information such as the (shipping ID, what shipping company is shipping my item, time of shipment and all that stuff associated with the item being shipped). Idk if this is just an amazon thing but usually I would get this information. I would also recommend maybe emailing me or posting the shipping link on my shopping.io account so It can be easily accessible because I received my shipping link in the live chat and that was the only place where I can access the shipment tracking link.

Overall Grade: 9/10

In the end I did receive my PC as seen below and Shopping.io really made my GF happy haha. Shopping.io is great and is definitely legit! Customer service and transparency is definitely their best attributes and really exceeded my expectations in those area. Why a 9? I believe that this website has some minor flaws as stated above, and I believe these can easily be improved upon. But my overall experience was great and I really believe that this project has massive potential

The other great thing about my experience buying through shopping.io, is not just the fact that I bought with up to 30% discount... but also the fact that this item won’t be available in Germany (where I live) before May 2021.


Proof:
The lenses are priced at 3020 euro: 3700 dollars, at mediamarkt Germany... and it will only be available in May 2021. I bought at 2400$ through shopping.io.

This was my first order at Shopping.io. very good experience.. In addition to the discount , I received product way earlier than expcted , Amazon said it wl be delivered from march 8-29 , but it came just in 7 days on Feb 22 . The product was shipped from India to USA. Also i had to purchase BNB coins from crypto.com to send to my wallet and pay at checkout , which costed me around 42$ in crypto.com fees, my product was only $45 worth... Arbel was kind enough to refund me the $42 as a courtesy. Thank you again and will order from shopping.io frequently.
