"NOT HAPPY!..."
NOT HAPPY!
We went to a presentation to learn about getting out of our Wyndham timeshare. People are pushy to get you to buy timeshares but I found this company pushy as well. They make you think your kids will have to take over your payments in the event of your death for your maintenance fees that will continue to increase yearly. I found out that was not true and your kids do not have to take it over. Of course you have to make a decision at the presentation or it will cost you more. I had buyers remorse but I was past the 3 days right of recision. I emailed them but they would not let us out of our contract. I explained our situation. We paid almost $19,000 to them. I spoke with a manager named Angie Silva. She said they would work with us by paying the closing costs. They record all your conversations so they know this is true. When it got to the point of paying the closing costs Angie was no longer there. The new customer service manager is Eileen Salita. I always had to leave a message with Michelle who always answered the phone. Poor girl was put in the middle of relaying what Eileen said. She said Eileen would call me back but she had filed an incident report to get the phone recording of Angie telling me they would cover the closing costs. That was on 1/30/25. I have actually been trying to talk to someone since 12/16 and they are either in a meeting or, left for the day, etc. No has ever called me back and now they don’t even answer my calls. It’s always a recording saying no one is available and to leave a message which I have done daily since 2/3. I think they must have blocked my number.
I don’t believe this company is a scam because once they get you to pay them they have Switch It do the work. One thing I was not told at the presentation was that for Wyndham they can’t just get you out of your contract they have to find another buyer which of course takes longer and you have to continue paying your maintenance fees until it’s all completed.
I hope this review is helpful to anyone considering using them. I would definitely recommend seeing what other companies offer and do some comparison.
Also I hope someone will actually respond to me on this review since nobody will call me back and take responsibility.

"Run Away!..."
Run Away!! A company called LCI took our money and gave us a 1yr guarantee that our timeshare would be gone. Before the year was up, they re-named themselves to Last Resorts, voiding the guarantee. They sent our file to Switch It who do not provide updates unless we harass them and then it's just a "We're working on it". It's a scam. Too bad there's not a negative star rating.

"Very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE..."
We went to this "Cancelation of Timeshare" presentation. It was high pressured and we decided to buy. By the time we got home, we realized it was too expensive and we embed to compare it with other places. BUYERS REGRET!
There was an agreement we had signed that we could send a certified keyed within 3 days and we would get our money back. We did that the next morning.
We recieved a letter saying they understood and it would take about 30 days to get the process and we would have our money within 90 days.
We contacted LRC mamy times about it, and they always put us off.
After 30 days we contacted our credit card company because of the interest rate would add several thousand dollars to our amount owed. They suggested we dispute the charges, which we did.
We have contacted LRC over 30 times. Sometimes I was hung up on. Sometimes I was referred to other people, who never called back.
Our bank is still investigating and we don't jabs our money back. It has been a lot of run around for almost 3 months.

"Do not use them!..."
Maxxed us out with panic! My wife and I attended a time share exit presentation by Last Resort Consulting in Southlake Texas two months ago. The presenter told us that the timeshare would legally be forced on to our kids and/or closest relative forever. We’ve since learned inheritors can refuse to accept it. The anxiety and fear they created in us was intense. They showed charts with fees increasing to more than $100,000 over 30 years. My wife was recording the presentation and was told to stop. Reach out to Brian Rogers at The Timeshare Users Group (tug2.tnet) for help.

"I sat at a table with Ray who was very knowledge about timeshares o was very helpful..."
I sat at a table with Ray who was very helpful and knowledgeable with his legal advice regarding timeshares!! I had to leave early because I had another appointment. Wish I could have stayed longer. Does Ray have a direct email, for contact purposes or future questions?
Thank you Michelle Tworoger or 503-560-8448

"Very informative & knowledgeable..."
A very informative and knowledgeable presentation (4 stars). Informed it will take around 6 months to relieve me of all of my timeshare obligations, cost is very pricey. LOVE that they offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee, however I'm a little skeptical inspite of this, hope they are legit and not a scam. Will update my review and rating as the transfer process progress.

"I entered into a contract with last…..."
I entered into a contract with last resort in March. It’s now the end of August and I just sign the last of my paperwork confirming the termination of my timeshare. A whole lot faster then expected

"Not Happy..."
Text stated it was a lunch event. False! Bob said it was not from this company- see- phone isn't ours. I immediately called the #- yes, it was their service. I Found him quite rude. Another couple and another person had also been told this. I went to the restaurant and ordered lunch-paid for it. Bob came in and told me to leave. Apparently he took my items off the table without my permission saying I told him I was leaving. VERY POOR rep for this company. It would cost me close to $7000 to get out of my timeshare! I will hold on to it.

"This has been the worst experience…..."
This has been the worst experience ever. We decided to cancel our contract because it was going to cost us more to pay LRC to get us out of our timeshare contract. We signed our contract on a Wednesday, emailed request to cancel on Saturday and sent certified doc to both LRC & UCF that Monday. To us within three business days, but they are saying they count Saturday as a business day so our request was outside of the window. Which is strange because we received a call from LRC that Monday reminding us to send via certified mail because they can't accept requests via email. I wouldn't think they would have this conversation with us if we're outside of the cancellation window. We also were contacted by the Representative that signed us up on that Monday saying they received our cancellation. Needless to say he was rude too and said we waited his time. We're providing LRC copies of his bullying and belittling text messages. Pretty sure nothing will be done because it seems to be the way they do business. We're working with the Customer Service Manager, Angie Silcox, and she's unprofessional and rude. She told me to google the meaning of Business days... We wouldn't recommend anyone to utilize their services.

"Timeshare Termimation ..."
The information this company provided was excellent. I am sure you will learn something at their presentation. Their staff is very professional and know their business. Would suggest anyone who would love to exit their timeshare work with these folks. I am sure you will be happy to do business with them.
